We make it easy for you to try — and fall in love with — Unbound Merino. Not the right size or style? No problem — exchanges are always on us.

All socks and underwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. However, if you have any issue with your sock or underwear purchase, please reach out to us at help@unboundmerino.com so we can find a solution for you.

You can return or exchange all other clothing purchased directly from unboundmerino.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the ship date. Exchanges are free and available for any reason within 30 days from the ship date. Returns are subject to an $8 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and a refund will be processed (less the $8 restocking fee) if the product you requested is unavailable. All items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.

• United States & Canada: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
• All Other Countries: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. International returns typically take 3–4 weeks in transit before arrival.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used. The $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Once you start a return or exchange, please note you have 28 days to ship the item back to us before the request expires. For orders delivered outside the US or Canada, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time.
