We only use superfine (17.5 micron) Merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously silky soft shirt that’s lighter and much softer than the average Merino or cotton shirt.     Lovely colour and fits well

    I like the stretchiness of the fabric. It looks and feels wonderful, especially in the dark ruby red.

    Dressier than the regular

    I wear a L in the crew neck and long sleeve versions of the UM shirts but purchased this in XL as I didn’t want it clinging to my mid section. It’s stretchy enough that it holds its shape in the size larger. It’s dressier than the others and a great layering piece - in the XL, I’m also comfortable wearing it stand alone. Great light warmth with multiple wears due to the wool - my cotton layering pieces need to be washed after one to two wears. Time will tell how the material holds up but it’s been washed twice and still looks good.
