SOFTER THAN COTTON
This wool isn’t like your typical itchy sweater. We only use superfine (19.5 micron) Merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously silky soft feel that’s lighter and more plush than your average Merino or cotton. And unlike most clothes, it'll also maintain its form over time and won’t get ruined after a wash.

With Merino wool, your body heat can pass through the space between our woven superfine fibers, regulating your body temperature and keeping you cool & comfortable.

EASY CARE
You won’t have to wash this skort much at all. However, when it comes time for a refresh, simply add it to your load at the cold temperature gentle setting and then hang to dry in shade.

I’ll start by saying I’m in my 50s, and I thought this would be too short so I skipped over it. Glad I came back to it because it’s great!
By the time I noticed it, my size was out of stock so I bought one size down. That was the best decision, to me it runs large.
If I were to change something on this piece, I would have it be a full skirt front and back. I’m not in love with the shorts in the back. I think design wise, skirt in the front and shorts in the back is pretty dated.

This skort has quickly become my best summer piece. I love wool jersey for most weather conditions, but when it’s over 85 degrees, even dresses feel hot. This woven fabric is cooler, plus the cut of the skort means there’s little fabric touching you, but you’re still covered comfortably. It’s also cute, incredibly well-made (with high quality stitching, details, and zippers on both the entry and one back pocket that lock down). It’s very flattering, and, because it’s so well made, it can be casual or semi-dressy. I got it in clay, and loved it so much I ordered the black also. This will be my summer uniform. I really like the subtle flair that this skort offers with the overlapping fabric. Pockets are a good size. It works really well with another Unbound t-shirt or tank top, too. I wish the pockets were a little bigger, but the same can be said for soooo many women's pants/shorts/etc. I will likely end up putting my phone in a sling bag, anyways.
