Great top for any situation
I bought this for travel on a flight and cruise. I’m anxious to find out if it doesn’t smell after wearing it after a whole day. It doesn’t not feel like wool! It looks like cotton and feels very soft. It’s a bit see-through but will go well under a shirt or hoodie. The fit was rated small so I ordered a size larger and it was perfect.

Perfect cut of a tee
Fits close but not super tight. I love the shorter sleeve so I was happy to order this since it’s more feminine than the standard tee. Not itchy and looks great on its own. I have lost weight so still learning my size again but 10s work usually and ordered large for chest

Almost perfect!
This is my 4th Unbound item and it is exactly as described. Soft to the touch, high quality fabric and weight perfect for even warmer weather (I live in Phoenix area, so warm temps are the norm). I am 5'5", 135 lbs. The medium in slim cut fits perfectly. I also have the standard cut in same shirt in a small.

Misleading “Free Exchange” Policy – Disappointing Experience
I’m 5’2”, 130 lbs, and purchased the Slim Merino Crew Neck T-Shirt in size XL hoping for a slightly relaxed fit. Unfortunately, the design didn’t work for me—the sleeve cut is odd and flares outward at the ends, which makes my arms look larger than they are. While I’m relatively petite, the shoulders actually fit quite snugly, so it didn’t give the oversized look I was expecting.
The bigger issue was the exchange process. The website promotes “free exchanges,” but in reality, you can only exchange for a different size or color of the same item—not a different style. I wanted to switch to another tee style, but that wasn’t an option.
I reached out to customer service hoping they could help process a style exchange manually, but was told that the system doesn’t allow it. My only option was to return the item (with an $8 restocking fee) and place a new order separately.
Customer service responses were polite but often vague, and I had to ask very direct questions to get clear answers. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily restrictive—especially for a brand at this price point.
Because of this, I won’t be purchasing from Unbound Merino again and will look for other brands with more flexible exchange policies and clearer communication.
