We only use superfine (17.5 micron) Merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously silky soft shirt that’s lighter and much softer than the average Merino or cotton shirt.     Excellent Customer Service

    I recently ordered two long sleeved shirts and a sweatshirt from Unbound Merino. I was sent a short sleeved shirt by mistake. I emailed the company with a photo of what I had received and asked how they wanted to proceed. I received a fairly immediate email from their automated system apologizing for the mix-up and stating that my concern would be sent through the proper channels. The next day I received an email describing an order for the proper long sleeved shirt (at no charge to me) which arrived in a timely manner. I was never asked to return the short sleeved shirt. They owned the mix-up and passed a blessing on to me. Now that's amazing customer service! I also love the shirts. They perform as promised, being odor and wrinkle resistant. I wore the short sleeved shirt for 5 days on a trip in warm weather and it looked just as fresh on the 5th day. Don't ask me how, but they keep me warm when it's cool and cool when it's warm and do not take up a lot of room in a suitcase when folded. Highly recommend. The only "inconvenience" is many items need to be dried flat and not in a dryer and may need to be steamed before putting away.

    Beautiful Sweater
