Measure from the back of your neck to the top of your shoulder, then to your elbow and finally down to your wrist bone.

3 Chest

Measure under your arms around the widest part of your chest.

4 Waist

Place the measuring tape at your natural waist - above the hips at the narrowest part of your torso.

5 Hips

Measured around the fullest part of the hip, parallel to the floor.

1 Body length

Measure from high shoulder point to bottom hem edge.

2 Chest Width

Measure 1" below armpits, edge to edge.

3 Sleeve Length

Measure from centre back neck to shoulder seam to sleeve hem edge.
