You can return or exchange clothing purchased directly from unboundmerino.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any reason within 90 days from the ship date.

All socks and underwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.     Every Merino wool fiber has a waxy coating called Lanolin, which helps wick moisture away from your body, and act as a safeguard against odor-causing bacteria. This is what allows our Merino to stay breathable and dry while smelling and feeling fresh, no matter what you put it through.

    Softer than Cotton

    This wool isn’t like your typical itchy sweater. We only use superfine (18.5 micron) Merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously silky soft, shirt that’s lighter and much softer than the average Merino or cotton shirt.     You won’t have to wash these briefs much at all. However, when it comes time for a refresh, simply add it to your load at the normal or cool temperature setting and then lay flat to dry.

    Best Boxers I’ve Owned

    Super soft, fit is perfect, and no bunching or riding up. 32/33 waist and the L is a perfect fit.

    Great and comfy boxers....wish there was a fly.

    After wearing these a couple times they are super comfy and will be great for minimal travel (as well as every day use). They come up a little higher than I am used to for underwear but not noticeable once pants were on. My one (large) complaint is that there is no fly so taking a quick leak is a lot more work.

    Favorite Underwear

    Really soft wool. No itchiness at all. Can wear a few times between washes with no problem at all. Only question will be how long they last, especially because they are expensive. But so far so good!

    Expensive but worth it

    6'2" 205 lbs & size large fits great. They seem to wear a bit on the warm side, but that goes away once your realize how breathable they are. My big complaint is the lack of a fly -- I didn't realize how inconvenient it would be to not have one.

    Unbelievably Comfortable

    Purchased two pairs of boxers. Loved them so much I ordered five more. They fit perfect and are really soft and comfortable. Drying time was important to me for travel purposes. They dry in less than two hours. Definitely worth the money. Looking forward to trying Unbound Merino tshirts and hoodies in the future.
